New Week

I am really happy with how last week went.  I did struggle with lunches but that’s ok.  I have a backup plan of cereal if lunches don’t pan out.

I had my chocolate treat on Friday night, a mars bar, and I have to say I really didn’t enjoy it as much I thought I would.  It certainly wasn’t worth the 230 calories.

I did relax a little more over the weekend but made sure to keep my portion sizes down and I’m happy to report that my weight this morning was even a little down from Friday morning, so fingers cross everything looks like it’s working well.
